Nigeria-born youngster Bright Osayi-Samuel was impressive for Emre Belozoglu led Fenerbahce football club of Turkey on Monday evening, as he came from the bench to inspire them to a 1-0 victory over Denizlispor FC in the week 31 of the Turkey Super Lig.
The Nigerian who has been impressive for the home team since joining them from English Championship side Queens Park Rangers last winter transfer window was impressive again on Monday evening, as he came from the bench to guide them to a deserved victory.
Coach Emre Belozoglu dropped the youngster to the bench in order to catch some rest, but he was introduced in the early minutes of the second half, and he was able to give them a deserved victory.
After playing out a goalless draw in the first half, the host scored the only goal of the game in the 64th minutes through Mbwana Sammata, via a fine teamwork from Nigerian Bright Osayi-Samuel, and Caner Erkin, to end the match 1-0.
Bright was outstanding for the home team after coming in, in the second half and he was able to contribute to the only goal scored by the host in the game.
The 1-0 victory over Denizlispor FC has now taken Fenerbahce football club to the second spot of the Turkey Super Lig table with 62 points from 31 matches played.
