Gabriel Martinelli could force an exit out of Arsenal over lack of playing time. Reports have it that the player may consider his options (loan or permanent transfer) in January if the situation doesn't change. Arteta has managed 65 Premier League games as Arsenal manager and Martinelli has started just 12 of them. Many believe the manager is ruining the youngster's career, but if looked at from another perspective it may not be true and here is why;

Arteta has revealed on different occasions that he is preparing Martinelli for a long term project, besides he watches him in training and he obviously understands what's best for the club. Also, the Brazilian youngster may have fantastic pace, hustle, and an eye for goal but he is also a limited passer, very limited at tactics and struggles against low blocks, which is why he needs more time to grow.

Maybe it's time Arsenal sends him out on loan, so that he could garner more experience, which will also help him mature and aid his confidence.
