The semi finals of the 2020/21 season will be played this weekend between Saturday and Sunday. The remaining four teams in the competition are Chelsea, Manchester City, Southampton and Leicester City and they will be doing battle against each other at the prestigious Wembley stadium.
In this article we look back at the journey of each of the teams who are still in the competition and how they reached the semi final stage of this season's tournament.
The Blues have had a quite smooth journey in the FA Cup this season. Of all the teams still remaining in the competition, Chelsea have only had to travel once because they played most of their matches at home.
They started their campaign with a 4-0 trashing of Morecambe, before beating Luton Town 3-1, both results at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea then labored to a 1-0 away victory over Barnsley. Chelsea fans who saw the game will agree that the win against the Championship based side was Thomas Tuchel's first major challenge as manager of the club. After that was the quarter finals clash with Sheffield United back at Stamford Bridge and the Blues triumphed 2-0.
In total, Chelsea traveled 182 miles, played four matches, scored 10 goals and conceded just one.
City have had a relatively tougher ride to the semi finals. Their first match was a 3-0 win against Birmingham City and it was their only home match of the campaign for them.
Next, they traveled to League Two Cheltenham Town where they suffered a scare by going behind in the second half. However, they rallied back to win the game 3-1.
They followed it up with another 3-1, win this time against Swansea City before their 2-0 quarter final triumph over fellow Premier League side Everton.
In total, they traveled 348 miles, played 4 fixtures, scored 10 goals and conceded two.
"The Saints" kicked off their FA Cup campaign with a 2-0 win over Shrewsbury Town, setting themselves up for an all-Premier League clash with Arsenal. They advanced over the Gunners with a slender 1-0 win.
That was followed by another Premier League opponent in Wolverhampton Wanderers who they beat 2-0.
In the quarter final, they faced off against local rivals Bournemouth and they saw off the Championship side with a commanding 3-0 victory.
In total, Southampton traveled 190 miles, played four games, scored 8 times and are still yet to concede a goal in the competition.
Leicester started their FA Cup journey in the perfect way with the 4-0 defeat of Stoke City away from home. Next, they beat Brentford 3-1.
They narrowly advanced over Brighton and Hove Albion with a 1-0 score line, thanks to a 94th minute winner by Kelechi Iheanacho.
The Nigerian international was once again the hero this time against Manchester United as his brace helped them to a 3-1 victory over Solskjaer's boys.
In total, Leicester City traveled 164 miles, played 4 matches, scored 11 goals and have let in two so far.
