Talented Danish-Nigerian Midfielder On The Radar Of German, And MLS Clubs

Denmark U21 international of Nigerian descent Tochi Chukwuani is drawing interest from foreign clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

As reported by Bold.dk, the interest is coming internally from Danish Superliga, but also there are clubs from Germany, Belgium and Major League Soccer showing interest in the talented Nigerian midfielder.

Chukwuani has dazzled for Lyngby Boldklub in the second half of the campaign and has also caught the eye for the Danish national teams in friendlies against Ukraine and Switzerland.

His performances have not gone unnoticed as he has attracted interest from various clubs, as he is only left with a single year on his contract at Lyngby.

According to manager Nicas Kjeldsen, Lyndgby are very satisfied with the performances of the young midfielder and contract renewal talks will progress after the current season.

The club knows that it might become extremely difficult to keep the 20 year old of Nigerian descent if they get relegated at the end of the season. 

Chukwuani signed for Lyndgby Boldklub in August of 2022, transferring from FC Nordsjaellan when his contract expired.

The 20 year old has featured in 20 Superliga games this season for the Danish outfit.
