Arsenal given greenlight to complete the signing of 20-year old Brazilian winger next summer.

Arsenal lost their last EPL match, following their 2-1 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday.

Arsenal were linked with various players during the winter transfer window that ended earlier this month. During this time, they recruited 3 players, notably Mat Ryan from Brighton, Martin Øodegard from Real Madrid, and Omar Rekik.

However, the North Londoners have been handed a boost in securing the service of one of their transfer target ahead of summer transfer window, as a report claims, Real Madrid are ready to cash in on 20-year old Brazilian winger at the end of the season.

The Brazil international joined Real Madrid in 2018, after a transfer fee worth €45m was paid to Flamengo, and his deal at Santiago Bernabéu doesn't expire until the summer of 2025.

He has played 17 La Liga matches for Real Madrid this season, of which he has registered 2 goals and created 2 assists for Zinedine Zidane's team.

If Arsenal could sign the Brazilian youngster Vinícius Júnior, he would provide competition for Nicolas Pepe who has failed to live up to expectations at Emirates Stadium.
