Nigerian star guides his team to a convincing 3-1 away victory

Nigerian star Bright Osayi-Samuel was exceptional for Fenerbahce football club of Turkey on Monday evening, as he played a classic role in their 3-1 away victory over Giresunspor FC in the preseason friendly match.

The former Queens Park Rangers star was given another starting role by coach Gole Zeki and he was impressive in the entertaining game.

Bright Osayi-Samuel started in Fenerbahce FC's attacking midfield alongside Mesut Ozil and Netherlands star Ferdi Kadioglu and the trio were superb.

Attila Szalai opened scoring for the away team in the 23rd minutes after receiving an assist from Bright Osayi-Samuel, before Serdar Dursun doubled the lead in the 44th minutes to end the first half 2-0.

Joey Pelupessy scored a goal for the home team in the 60th minutes, before former West Ham United star Enner Valencia scored the last goal of the game in the 76th minutes to end the match 3-1.

Bright Osayi-Samuel was superb for Fenerbahce football club throughout the whole duration of the game, and he was able to mark his excellent performance with an assist.

The Nigerian will now be looking forward to continuing his impressive form when they play their next game.
