Arsenal football club has launched the home kits for the new 2021/22 season while on tour in Scotland. The gunners lost their first game against Hibernian on tuesday and the players are ready to bounce back sporting the new kits in the next friendly against Rangers. A historic game to mark Rangers' 150th anniversary.
As officially reported by the club, Arsenal Scottish defender Kieran Tierney is back in preseason training ahead of schedule and had a little to say about the new kit. According to the defender the words "I love it. It’s a smart design and I can’t wait to pull it on and represent this club in front of our supporters once again" were echoed in support of the new design. Young striker Folarin Balogun in an unveiling video echoed the words "It's making sense" as he was presented with the kit spotting his new first team number 26.
An official statement from the club stated that "As with the 2021/22 away kit, the Arsenal for Everyone logo features on the inside collar of the shirt. "Launched in 2008 as a celebration of the diversity of the Arsenal family, the Arsenal for Everyone initiative ensures that everyone can feel an equal sense of pride and belonging to the club.
"The authentic jersey will feature Adidas’ new HEAT.RDY – KEEP COOL, cooling technology that ensures the wearer feels cool, while keeping players dry and confident in the game
