Nigerian Eligible Striker Opens Goal Account In Israel

Nigerian Eligible center forward, James Adeniyi, opened his goal account in the current Israeli topflight league on Saturday as his team, Maccabi Petah Tikva, defeated it's visitors, Nof Hagalil, (4-0) to record a home win.

The two inconsistent sides, came all out against each other in one of the Matchday 7 fixtures in the Israeli topflight league with the aim of bouncing back to winning ways after a disappointing loss by the two sides on Matchday 6.

Purposeful and business minded, Maccabi Petah Tikva, were the first to break the deadlock at the 15min play as 20years Center forward, Lameck Banda, discharged expertly, Tomer Levi delivery.

Maccabi Petah Tikva, Lameck Banda, goal made the difference at half time as the home side defence line defended stoutly to deny the visitors, Nof Hagalil, a leveller.

On return for the second half, Nigerian eligible forward, Segun Adeniyi James doubled his side lead at the 62mins before Mohammed Awwada bagged a brace at the 78 and 84min from the spot.

With the big win, Adeniyi James and his side, Maccabi Petah Tikva leapfrogs to the 6th position on the log whilst Adeniyi opened his goal account in the current Israeli topflight league.
