Arsenal will go again today as they will be traveling to Villa Park to face a tough opponent, Aston Villa in the game week 23 of this season's EPL campaign. The Gunners were left frustrated in their last match against Wolves after 2 of their players were sent off. The referee in charge of the match, Craig Pawson, and the VAR made some controversial decisions that led to Arsenal's 2-1 defeat against Wolves, and Arsenal fans around the world were not happy about it. They now hope such an incident will not repeat itself today when they face Aston Villa at Villa Park as Arsenal are currently on the wrong side of the EPL table.
Arsenal players were in good spirits yesterday while training ahead of today's game. They looked to have put what happened at the Monelieux Stadium behind them and their focus is not only snatching the 3 points from Aston Villa today but also getting revenge for the 3-0 loss they suffered in their last outing with the Villans at the Emirates Stadium.
With Arsenal's first-choice goalkeeper, Bernd Leno and David Luiz ruled out of today's clash, Matt Ryan and Pablo Mari are both fit and available for selection today. They were spotted in full training yesterday and could replace Bernd Leno and David Luiz today. Also, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Bukayo Saka will also be available for selection today which is a huge boost for the Gunners. Lastly, Tierney won't be available for today's match.
