Manchester City win Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park

Manchester City won Crystal Palace 2-0 on Saturday at the Selhurst Park as they edged closer to Premier League title glory.

Manchester City’s striker and all-time goalscorer Sergio Aguero who is set to leave at the end of this campaign, scored a sublime volley goal at the 57th minute from Mendy’s low cross to give Pep Guardiola’s side the lead.

The Cityzens doubled their lead just 2 minutes later with Ferran Torres scoring the second goal to secure a 2-0 victory at the Selhurst Park.

Manchester City’s win over Crystal Palace should be enough to secure the league title for the third time in four seasons, if Manchester United lose to Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola’s side play PSG next in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi final at the Etihad Stadium, as they hope to secure a treble after lifting the Carabao Cup last weekend.
