However, the latest injury concern for the Blancos is Mariano Diaz, with tests carried out yesterday on the forward by the club medical team, he has been diagnosed with a muscle injury to the left external obturator and his recovery process will be closely monitored by the medical team. No timeframe has been placed on his return date.
Going forward, The Madrid club are currently without the services of Karim Benzema, Eder Militao, Eden Hazard, Dani Carvajal and Sergio Ramos.
The French tactician will be hoping to have his players back as soon as possible, with sight on their upcoming champions league match and also the league matches.
