In what has been a highlight game in the domestic European calendar, Real Madrid will make a trip to the Camp Nou stadium where they will face their long standing arch rival in a crunch La Liga match. The game which is scheduled to kick-off by 15:15 West Africa Standard time today will mark the 280th El Clasico meeting between these two sides since 1902.

1- Barcelona 1 vs 3 Real Madrid (24th October 2020)
The last time Real Madrid visited the Camp Nou, a goal from Ansu Fati in the 8 minute was merely a consolation as Los Blancos proved too strong for Barcelona. It was a convincing win for Madrid and the first time they had beaten the Catalans in consecutive league games since the 2007-08 season.
2- Barcelona 0 vs 0 Real Madrid (18th December 2019)
Both sides were unable to break the deadlock despite a combined six shots on target as the points were shared.
3- Real Madrid 5 vs 1 Real Madrid (28 Oct 2018)
With Cristiano Ronaldo having departed from Madrid in the summer and an Injury sidelining Lionel Messi. It was Luis Suarez who inspired the Catalans to a 5-1 demolition of their arch rival to move themselves back to the top of the table.
4- Barcelona 2 vs 2 Real Madrid (6 May 2018)
Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo were on target as both teams battled to a 2-2 draw. Despite going down to 10 men on the stroke of half-time, Messi gave Barcelona a 2-1 lead 7 minutes into the second half, before a stunning Gareth Bale strike 20 minutes later made sure the points were divided.
5- Barcelona 1 vs 1 Real Madrid (3rd December 2016)
Luis Suarez thought he had secured the win for Barcelona following his goal in the 52nd minute, but a sublime header by Sergio Ramos inside 90 minutes snatched a point for Los Blancos.
