Three outstanding goal poachers in Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Romelu Lukaku were active for their various club sides today as they scored to be a worthy contender for the European Golden boot this season.
As we all know that the prestigious Golden boot award is given to the player with the most league goals at the end of a season.
Karim Benzema continued with his fine run of performances for the Los Blancos as he scored in Real Madrid's comfortable 2-0 victory over Eibar at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano.
Cristiano Ronaldo on the other hand wasn't at his best performance for Juventus today but he scored to help the Old Lady salvage a 2-2 draw against Torino at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.
Lukaku had another fantastic day at business as he scored to help Serie A table-toppers Inter Milan secure a slim 1-0 victory over Bologna at the Stadio Renato Dell'Ara.

Cristiano Ronaldo sits in the 2nd position on the chart with 24 goals, Lukaku occupies the 8th position with 20 goals while Karim Benzema is way down at the 14th position with 18 goals.
