Final EPL table after all games played in match week 9 as Liverpool closes gap on Chelsea

Leicester city were in premier league action against newly promoted side Brentford at the Brentford community staduim on Sunday evening.

The Foxes would take a win from that match as goals from Youri Tielemans and James Maddison were enough to earn a 2-1 win for Brendan Rodgers men.

West ham united vs Tottenham Hotspur

West ham united maintained their recent resurgence when they battled with Tottenham Hotspur in a London derby on Sunday evening.

Tottenham Hotspur were the better side in the game but it was West ham united who would take all three points in the game as Michail Antonio converted from Aaron Creswell's corner deep in the second half to secure a vital win for David Moyes men.

Manchester united vs Liverpool

Manchester united suffered one of the worse defeats in the English Premier league this season when they clashed with Liverpool at Old trafford on Sunday evening.

Jurgen klopp's men were totally dominant on evening as a hattrick from Mohamed Salah either sides of strikes from Diogo Jota and Naby Keita sealed a huge 5-0 win for the Meyerside club.

Chelsea remain on top of the Premier league table after match week 9 with Liverpool sitting in second place just a point behind the blues. Manchester city drop to 3rd place on the table while West ham united move into 4th position following their win over Tottenham Hotspur in the London derby.

Brighton are 5th on the log while Manchester united languish in 7th place having failed to win any of their last three league games.
