Former Chelsea Manager, Frank Lampard is set to become the next manager of Crystal Palace. Crystal Palace is prepared to axe Roy Hodgson at the end of the season and Lampard currently leads the race to become the next manager of the Club. However, there are other top managers on the radar as John Terry and Rafa Benitez are also interested in signing a deal with the Club.
Considering Lampard's successful first season at Chelsea, you can say he's the right man for the job at Crystal Palace. The English Manager has what it takes to be a successful manager and many believe his decision to join Chelsea in 2019 was just too soon.
Things could have turned out different for Lampard if he had delayed his move to Chelsea. However, Lampard needs to pick up the broken pieces and start all over again.
Would Crystal Palace be a good place to start again? Crystal Palace would offer Lampard the opportunity Chelsea couldn't provide. He would definitely be given enough time to create a very good team.
