Crystal Palace kicked off action in the Premier League today as they welcomed Leicester City to the Selhurst Park Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Leicester City squandered a 2-goal lead in the match as they settled for a disappointing 2-2 draw courtesy of goals from Kelechi Iheanacho, Jamie Vardy, Michael Olise and Jeffery Schulpp.
Tottenham Hotspur were also active in the Premier League today as they welcomed Aston Villa to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in a very crucial fixture for both sides. Spurs bounced back to winning ways as they got a well deserved 2-1 victory over Aston Villa thanks to goals from Matt Target (Own Goal) and Pierre Emile Hoejbjerg.
