Chelsea defeated Norwich City by 7-0 despite not having their top players available for the game. According to Tuchel, Ngolo Kante will be available for Southampton match after recovering from a muscle Injury.
The manager is likely to have several changes in his starting line up because of the strong team he have this season. The likes of Kepa Arrizablaga, Loftus-cheek, Ziyech, Odoi, Saul, and other talented players will be starting the match.
A win for Chelsea will progress them to the quarter final stage and there is possibility that Chelsea can face the likes of City, Liverpool or Arsenal in the quarter final stage.
Chelsea's Strongest Line Up Against Southampton.
Kepa Arrizablaga will be starting ahead of Edouard Mendy who have been impressive this season. The Spanish International will return back to action after keeping clean sheet in his last match against Tottenham Hotspurs. Reece James and Marcos Alonso will continue as the wing back player while Loftus-cheek and Ngolo Kante will be the two central midfielders for Chelsea. Kante missed Chelsea's last game due to Injury and according to Tuchel, he will return back to action against Southampton.
Mason Mount, Kai Havartz and Odoi will be leading the attack just like they did against Norwich City over the weekend.
