There has been a lot of good news around Chelsea since last week, first was that Chelsea might announce the signing of Tagliafico in fees days, second was the loss of Brendan Rodger's side which still kept them still sitting comfortably in the 3rd position, the third was the humiliation of their all time rivals Manchester united with a 3-1 victory into the FA Cup final. Now is that their top transfer target Kai Havertz has just agreed personal terms with Chelsea. And I'm also optimist that the blues will still beat Liverpool on Wednesday night.
Few days back, there were rumours about how Chelsea were closing in on a deal with Leverkusen play maker Havertz. Today, Sky Sports journalist Angelo Mangiante tweeted that an agreement has been reached between the two clubs.
Mangiante claims that personal terms have been agreed, and that Chelsea will submit their official offer this week. The transfer fee is reported to be in the neighborhood of €80 million ($91m, 72.3m British pounds) for the Attacker.
