Chelsea signed Romelu Lukaku from Serie A side Inter Milan, they also signed Marcos Bettinelli from Fulham and Saul Niguez from Atletico Madrid on deadline day. The return of Romelu Lukaku to Stamford Bridge is the best thing that happened to Chelsea this season, the Blues lack finishing qualities in a games, they have been wasteful in front of goal as Timor Werner could not replicate his form at RB Leipzig.
