Final Premier League Table After All Games Played Yesterday As Chelsea Top The Table

We have seen several teams play on match day eight in the English Premier league this season. Liverpool played against Watford away from home and won the game with ease. An hattrick from Robert Firmino and two additional goals from Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, was enough for Jurgen Klopp's side to send the home team packing. Jurgen Klopp's side are the only Premier League team to remain undefeated so far this season, with both the Brazilian striker and Mohamed Salah, who also put his name on the scoresheet, being in great form ahead of the game at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano.

Leicester also payed host to Manchester United at home and won the game. The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes wasn't enough for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men to secure a win. Mason Greenwood slammed the visitors into the lead after a clever one-two with Bruno Fernandes, before Foxes midfielder Youri Tielemans found the top corner from the edge of the box to level just after the half-hour. The game exploded late on, when Caglar Soyuncu, Marcus Rashford and Jamie Vardy netted in the space of six minutes to swing the game decisively in Leicester's favour. The Red Devils now currently sit on the number five position with 14 points, having played eight matches in the English Premier league this season.

We also saw Chelsea play against Brentford Away from home and managed to secure a win. The goal in the match came in through their defender who scored a brilliant goal to put his side ahead before the first half ended. Brentford star player Mbeumo hit the post again in the second half before Mendy saved brilliantly three times late on, first from sub Saman Ghoddos, then with his face from Pontus Jansson at point-blank range, before tipping over Christian Norgaard's stunning overhead kick in stoppage time. Thomas Tuchel's side now currently sit on the top spot with 19 points in the English Premier league table. However, let's take a look at how the English Premier league table looks like after all this games were played in the photo below.
