Lee Grant on Cristiano Ronaldo's dieting and impact on Manchester United teammates.

Coming from the 4-1 win against Newcastle United in the weekend, Ronaldo showed professionalism and his display earned him two goals to his credit.

The Portuguese forward has been in top form for longer part of his career which has seen him stay at the top. No doubt Cristiano is a top player but there have been routines followed and one of those routines is his dieting.

Ronaldo has been known for his diet which has helped him stay untop of his game.

Ronaldo's longevity at the top level of football has been credited to his diet routine which is said to include: Fresh fruits, Salads, nuts, wholegrains, Chicken, Yoghurts, fish, quinoa.

Speaking on Ronaldo's dieting having impact on Manchester United's teammates, Lee Grant said:

Usually on a Friday night you've got some apple crumble and custard or a bit of brownie and cream.

" I tell you now, not one player touched the apple crumble and custard,not one player went up for that brownie because everybody was sat down.

"one of the lads said to me 'what has Cristiano got on his plate? 'obviously it is the cleanest, most healthy plate you can imagine.

Grant added: I will tell you one of his plates, he had several. One of them was quinoa, avocado, and a couple of boiled eggs. This guy is in incredible shape.
