The premier league looks set to be drawned into a conclusion. The big guns are now battling for top for finish while the underdogs are battling to survive relegation.

Manchester City have as well qualified for next seasons Champions league as they sit 2nd in the league coupled with their victory over their two-year ban from European club competitions. Now the big question is, "will Chelsea quality for next seasons Champions league?"

Chelsea would have strengthened their spot in the 3rd place position should they have won their match against West Ham and Sheffield United. Although 4th place Leicester failed to overtake Chelsea to 3rd as they lost 4-1 to Bournemouth. United on the other hand failed to capitalize on the slip by Chelsea to move to 3rd place as Southampton scored a 96th minutes equalizer to deny Manchester United a 3rd place spot.
Chelsea however responded in style with a narrow 1-0 win over already relegated Norwich to move 4 points clear. Leicester will play away to Sheffield today while Manchester will lock-horns against Crystal Palace. Leicester may find it difficult to beat in-form Sheffield United today an a draw could hamper their champions league hopes.
Chelsea will play their remaining games against Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Chelsea play away to Liverpool on Wednesday next week. Liverpool having already won the league may not play with full strength and Chelsea could capitalize on that, and a win against Liverpool will put Chelsea in the poll position for next seasons champions league.
Manchester United and Leicester will decide their fates on matchday 38 as they will both lock-horns together and victory for one could deny the other a champions league spot. Chelsea will definitely be using that a stronghold for their spot in the UEFA competition.
