Former Barcelona talisman, Lionel Messi is now officially a Paris Saint Germain player. The diminutive argentine superstar has today been unveiled by the French club after successfully passing his medicals and putting pen to paper on a two-year deal until 2023, with the option to further extend it by a year until 2024.

After all due processes and peperworks have been completed, Leonel Messi will now link up with close pal, Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe to form what is potentially the most fearsome attacking trident the football world has ever witnessed.

Leo was obviously already looking up to meeting his new team mates, and when quizzed by reporters about the prospect of linking up with Mbappe and Neymar

Following the aquisition of the Argentine superstar, it has now been reported Paris St-Germain will look to sell up to 10 first-team players to help balance the account books in order to avoid FFP troubles.

With former Everton midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye, former Manchester United man, Ander Herrera and former Inter Milan goal poacher, Mauro Icardi are among those who have been mentioned to be up for sale.
