Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel has a history of managing amazing talents in his managerial career. He's had a great experience managing the likes of Oussmane Dembélé, Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount, but the two biggest players he's ever coached are Neymar and Kylian Mbappé.
Lukaku is another talented player under the tutelage of the German tactician, but he's currently going through a bad run of form. But Tuchel as a manager still prefers managing the Belgian to either Neymar or Mbappé.
It's quite obvious that managing players like Neymar or Mbappé may not give you total control on them. These players are literally bigger than the manager at the helm of affairs, and they would be treated with kid gloves.
Tuchel as a person is highly demanding. He wants to have everything moment under control and it's just about time he began to have issues with this so-called big players. So, he would rather have players who make him feel in charge.
One of the factors that has worked in Tuchel's favor at Chelsea is the fact that he was given complete control over a lot of things, compared to what it used to be at Paris Saint Germain. Even Senior figures like Ngolo Kante, Thiago Silva and Antonio Rudiger have never proved hard to work with. They gave him their utmost support and the younger players have that to look up to.
Tuchel's time at Chelsea has given everyone a clue of what he could do when he works under the right conditions. He has won Chelsea the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Super Cup. He's currently top of the English Premier League and he has a healthy dressing room to work with, all in his first year.
