Manchester city are close yet again to another possible UCL triumph which will be the first in the club's history. The Citizens have chased Europe's most prestigious trophy for over a decade and have failed to lift it. A 2021 final appearance is the closest they have come.
This track record puts more pressure on the shoulders of current Manager, Pep Guardiola who has unarguably turned Man City to one of Europe's most feared team but he has failed so far in delivering the most important title that the team desperately wants to win.

This season, the 3 teams standing between City and the UCL are Real Madrid, Ac Milan and Inter Milan. Pep Guardiola's team could not ask for a better outcome hence why they must go all the way to win it or else, Guardiola needs to be sacked by Man City.

The Catalan has been given more than enough chance to win the UCL and I he cannot win it in possibly the easiest season to do it, he deserves to walk from Man City.
