Some of his remarkable achievement as a footballer include having two premier league, a world cup, an europa league medals under his belt. His energy and pace always make him a great threat for opposition. However, in one of his recent interview by Chelsea TV, Kante explained five things he loves to do before every football match. Here is what he had to share with us about his pre-match habits;

1. Sleep Early: Kante explained that he do sleep early the night prior to every football match as he's aware of the fact that he won't get any chance to get a single nap on the matchday.

2.Eat Good Dinner: Also, He made us realize that he hardly get time to eat good breakfast on the matchday, however, getting a very good dinner for himself a night before the match has been one of his secret in staying energetic on the matchday.

3. Moreover, Kante said he do pretend as if it's a normal day in order to get rid of so many pressure. "Sometimes, allowing so many thoughts to run through your mind can affect the way you manage your emotion on the field, so, I do handle everything on the matchday as if it's a normal day even when I was preparing for a World Cup Final" Kante said.

4. Fourth thing he mentioned was that he and his teammates do reflect on tactical preparation as they wouldn't like to get any aspect of the training wrong on the pitch. He further reiterated that, such tactical tactical preparation involves how the opponent plays and how they can put them into trouble.

5. Finally, Kante insinuated that he do make a lot of phone calls, chats and watch videos to get enough relaxation prior to the kick-off.
