The Super Eagle player who participated in the recent Africa Cup Of Nation(AFCON) 2022 qualifiers has been reportedly rejoined his former Nigerian club.
The announcement was made on Tuesday late evening by the team management.
The Kano Pillars football club management announced on Tuesday that Ahmed Musa rejoins Kano Pillars until the end of the 2020/2021 season.
The management added that the player will be signed as an elite player of the Nigerian Professional Football League till the end of the season.
Ahmed Musa was once a player of the Kano Pillars, he was the Nigerian Professional Football League top scorer in 2009 before he moved to VVV-Venlo in the Netherlands.
Ahmed Musa has also played at CSKA Moscow, Leicester, Al Nassr.
He was one of the Nigerian players that AFCON in 2013.
The Kano Pillars said that are happy to receive him back into the team.
