Man United are reportedly interested in signing Ajax defender Nicolas Tagliafico this summer. It is also believed that the Dutch champions will demand nothing shorter than £26 million for his services this summer.
Tagliafico was a target for Man United rivals Chelsea last summer. However the blues opted to sign English left back Ben Chilwell instead. This has left the for open for Man United to make their move for the defender.
If he does join United in the summer, he would battle in form left back Luke Shaw for a starting spot in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's starting eleven.
Premier league side Leeds United are reported to also be interested in signing the Ajax sensation. However, the chance to play for Man United maybe too good to turn down.
Tagliafico is reputed as a very fast and dynamic left back with a greater attacking input than Luke Shaw. He could provide more assists for the team's attackers.
