The Premier League season officially kick off on the 14th of August 2021, as many Premier League clubs have brought in new players to strengthen their squad, as the new season has already began. Some new signing in the Premier League are doing excellently well; the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Romelu Lukaku are all scoring for their respective clubs.
The battle for top four finish has seen 'big Six' clubs dominate in recent years ,but Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea have maintain their Champions League spot for some years now, but of recent Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are missing in the 'big six' contest almost every season.

Taking a critical look at the Premier League table this season, Liverpool are sitting at the summit of the table with 14 points after newly promoted side Brentford held the Reds 3-3 away from home, while Manchester City victory over Chelsea move them to second position in the Premier League table with 13 points, as Chelsea drop to third position with 13 points, while Manchester United lost to Aston Villa at Old Trafford as United move down to 4th position.
Meanwhile, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are occupying the ninth and tenth in the Premier League table. While 2016 Premier League winners Leicester City are sitting on the 13th position in Premier League table.
Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City could still retain their top four spot this season, due to their excellent performances in the Premier League. Liverpool remain unbeaten in the Premier League this season, while Manchester City,Chelsea and Manchester United have all lost 1 game each this season.
