Arsenal will hope to continue their winning streak as they are up against Manchester City FC in the Semifinals of the Emirates FA Cup. The match will be played at Wembley Stadium on Saturday. It will be a very tough encounter.
Manchester City have played three matches in all competitions without loosing any of them. They concede one goal and scored 12 goals in the process. Arsenal's recent victory was against Liverpool, when the Gunners defeated Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool 2-1 on Wednesday.
Both teams go into this match with heads high, hoping to progress to the FA Cup finals.
Below is the possible starting XI for Arsenal:
Pierre Emerick Aubameyang
Martinez has been in a superb form since he started to replace the injured Leno between the sticks. He was superb against Liverpool as he helped his team record a much needed victory over League Champions, Liverpool FC.
Tierney and David Luiz did their best to keep Liverpool's attacking trio (Mane, Firmino and Salah) on check, as they ended up 2-1 victors. Shkodran Mustafi will likely complete the defensive line-up. The trio will need to be at their very best in order to manage City attack.
Since Manchester City posess good quality in midfield, Mikel Arteta will need the likes of Granit Xhaka and Dani Ceballos in the middle of the park. Hector Bellerin will play as a wingback. He will support the Gunner's attack.
Aubameyang, Pepe and Lacazette will form an attacking trio. Aubameyang trails league top scorer, Jamie Vardy, with one goal. He could upset Manchester City. Alexander Lacazette will hope to add to his goal tally at Wembley.
Both teams are doing well at the moment but I predict Arsenal to replicate the performance they displayed against Klopp's Liverpool on Wednesday night and consequently get a win.
