Transfer Update: Done And Possible Deals For Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd, Dortmund And More

Here are the latest news from the transfer window.

Manchester United

- Borussia Dortmund are expecting a £109m transfer offer for Jadon Sancho from Manchester United. But only if United qualify for the Champions League.

-Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has no plans to leave the club amid questions being raised over his form and the emergence of on-loan Dean Henderson.

- Paul Pogba is close to agreeing a new five-year contract at Manchester United.

- Manchester United have reached an agreement to sign defender Álvaro Fernández Carreras on a free transfer. He's left Real Madrid when his contract expired on June 30th. 

Manchester City

Manchester City expect to be busy in the summer transfer window and have earmarked Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martínez as a potential long-term replacement for Sergio Aguero.

Manchester City have been quoted £65m by Napoli for Kalidou Koulibaly, who has been linked with Liverpool and Manchester United and has previously been valued at £80m.


Bayer Leverkusen are still unwilling to move on their €100 million valuation of Chelsea target Kai Havertz but are now open to accepting bonuses and add-ons as part of the sale.

Kai Havertz has made a decision over his future, with the German playmaker wanting to sign for Chelsea. He has told Bayer Leverkusen that he wants to leave the club at the end of their Europa League campaign. 


Arsenal have held talks over a move for Malang Sarr - but have yet to table a contract offer. The 21-year old defender is a free agent having left Nice and has several clubs across Europe interested in his signature

Stuttgart have signed Arsenal defender Konstantinos Mavropanos on a season-long loan

Rest Of Europe

Borussia Dortmund will pay Birmingham City around €25m for Jude Bellingham. The 17-year old Englishman will join on a 5-year contract and will earn around €3m-a-year.

Wilfried Zaha is being chased by Newcastle, Everton, Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich. All interested parties would be put off by Crystal Palace's £80m asking price though. 

Christian Eriksen is one of 11 players that Inter Milan and Antonio Conte are prepared to sell in the next window. The former Tottenham star only moved to Italy in January, but Conte is planning a clear out at San Siro

St Etienne have agreed to sign highly-rated Adil Aouchiche from PSG on a free transfer. The move will be completed soon.
