Super Eagles star nets again for his Italian club to maintain a 100% start to the Serie A season

Super Eagles of Nigeria forward, Victor Osimhen was in action yesterday for Napoli in their 4th league game of the Italian Serie A against Udinese at the Decia Arena - Stadio Friuli.

The Nigerian star retained his spot in his team's starting XI following his outstanding performance for the club in their previous game where he scored a brace to rescue a point for his side.

Victor Osimhen in the game last night was on target again as he scored his first Italian Serie A goal this season in Napoli's 4-0 away win against Udinese.

The former LOSC Lille Football Club of France star who opened his goals account for the campaign when he scored the two goals which saw Napoli come from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 against Leicester City in Europa League on Thursday, was able to continue his impressive form by once again getting on the score sheet when he put Napoli 1-0 ahead in the 24th minutes to make it one nil.

Amir Rrahmani doubled the lead for the Luciano Spalletti's side in the 35th minutes to make it two goals to nil going into the half time break.

In the second half of the game, the visitor as the dominant side were able to extend their lead in the 52nd minutes with a goal from Kalidou Koulibaly to make it three goals to nil before Hirving Lozano made it four for the visiting team in the 84th minutes.

After several attempts from both sides to add more to the tally of the night, all proved abortive as it ended four massive goals to nil at full time.

The win for Napoli in the show of the night has now taken them to the top spot on the table with 12 points in 4 games played and as such be hoping to keep the winning streaks going in their next fixture, so as to continue their pursuit in the competition.

Victor Osimhen will also be looking forward to continuing his goal scoring form so as to keep helping the team in their next fixture.
