Super Eagles main man, Victor Osimhen continued his incredible scoring form for Napoli as he helped them to victory in the Italian Serie A at the weekend. The 22 year old center forward grabbed the opening goal of the game against Cagliari to set the pace for a comfortable 2-0 win and take them to the top of the Italian league standings.
His goal on the night was his 4th league goal of the season (in 5 appearances) and his 6th overall in all competitions so far. He has now scored in 4 consecutive matches for Luciano Spalletti's side since returning from the last international break with the Super Eagles.
After the match, the Lagos born forward took to his official Instagram page where he posted two photos alongside a simple message that said: “We keep going Napoli.”
Since he made the post, Osimhen has been getting plenty of reactions from fans and followers who showed their support for him with some encouraging words. Amongst those who reacted include Nigerian rapper and songwriter Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, popularly known as Vector the Viper. His club Napoli reacted too, while he also got messages from former Big Brother Naija housemate Tope Adenibuyan (Teddy A) and Super Eagles teammate John Ogu amongst others.
