Comparing Man Utd And Man City's EPL League Finishes In Last 10 Seasons

Manchester United and Manchester City are among the biggest clubs in the premier league. City have enjoyed so much success since Pep Guardiola took charge of the club.

Pep Guardiola has established himself as one of the greatest premier league managers of all time and has remained highly consistent in performance since taking over Etihad Stadium. Manchester United on the other hand have been struggling to perform well ever since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson.

Ferguson enjoyed a successful career at Manchester United and won several titles with the club. Sir Alex Ferguson is also the most successful football manager in history. The Red devils have signed several managers since the departure of Ferguson from Old Trafford.

Ten Hag is currently in charge of Manchester United and has already won a silverware with the club. The Red devils currently sits 4th on the premier league table with 66 points and are hoping on top four place finish this season.

Manchester City on the other hand are at the top of the league table with 85 points. They are also the favorite to win the premier league title this season.

City won the premier league title in last two seasons and finished as runners-up in 2020 losing the title to Liverpool. Pep Guardiola's side won the league title in 2019 and 2018 seasons. They finished third in the competition in 2017 and 4th in 2016. Manchester City finished as runners-up in 2015 and won the league title in 2014.

Manchester United have failed to win the premier league in last 10 seasons. United finished 7th in the premier league in 2014, 4th position in 2015, 5th position in 2016, 6th in 2017, 2nd in 2018, 6th position in 2019, 3rd position in 2020, 2nd in 2021, 6th in 2022 and currently sits 4th in the premier league in 2023 season.
