UEFA Champions League

Highly-rated Liverpool defender could join Real Madrid in the coming weeks.

Real Madrid won their last UEFA Champions League competition, progressing them to the Round of 16 of the competition.

Real Madrid couldn't sign a player in the last summer transfer window, but, the Los Blancos are hoping to bring a new player into their squad in January, as they have been linked with some players recently.

However, Real Madrid has shortlisted 19-year old Welsh youngster as a potential transfer target in January, following a report that claims Neco Williams's recent fine form has attracted growing interest from Real Madrid.

19-year old Welsh starlet who has risen through the rank at Liverpool, play as a right-back defender for Liverpool, and he has played 9 matches for Liverpool FC this season.

Neco Williams could play as a right midfielder, aside being a natural right-back defender, however, his contract is expected to expire during the summer of 2025, and he is valued at €4m currently.

If Real Madrid could sign Neco Williams, he is likely to be serve the Los Blancos for long, given his tender age
