After the halt to football activities in several major leagues of the world, the Premier league resumed in the early June this year to complete the remaining fixtures left to be played.
However, after the resumption, there has been lots of pressure for each club and players on one things or the other.
On teams side, there has been pressure among the elite clubs in the premier league like Chelsea, Leicester, Manchester United and Wolverhampton on which side will be qualified to play in the Champions League next season.
There has also been a race between the likes of Arsenal , Tottenham, Sheffield United and others for the UEFA Europa league qualification.
The battle is not left out on teams like Bournemouth, Westham, Norwich, Aston Villa and other clubs in the league fighting against finishing in the relegation zone.
On individual parts, Golden boots and Golden gloves needs to be contested for.
GOLDEN BOOT
On Golden Boot, there are only four players on point in the race for the Boot which is given to a player that scores the most goals in the League after the end of the season.
1. Mohammed Salah
Liverpool may win the league title but the chance of the Golden Boot going to Salah is slim as the Egyptian kind has scored only 19 goals this season after being the previous season holder of the boot.
2. Pierre Emerick Aubameyang
The Gabon international has played important parts in most Arsenal match success in this season. He has 20 goals with Ings from Southampton.
3. Danny Ings
The Southampton highest goalscorer is at the same level with Aubameyang with 20 goals. The Club is seen to be surviving in the league especially against big teams.
4. Jammie Vardy
Vardy is seen to be functioning well under the club's coach, Brendan Rodgers. He is closely followed by Arsenal captain, Aubameyang and Ings from Southampton. He has scored 23 goals for Leicester this season.
Among these four leading players in the race for golden boot, who do you think might win the award at the end of the premier league season?
