Chelsea players had their training session at Cobham training centre ahead of UEFA Champions League fixture against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night. The Blues will travel to Bucharest to take on Atletico Madrid in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.
The Blues played out a 1-1 draw with Southampton on Saturday in the English Premier League which saw them dropped down to 5th position on the English Premier League standings. Atletico Madrid on the other hand lost to Levante 2-0 at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium on Saturday in the Spanish La Liga. Chelsea will be hoping to secure victory tomorrow when they face Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.
It was good news in the Chelsea camp as Christian Pulisic who missed Chelsea game against Southampton at the weekend was pictured in training today. Thiago Silva is also set to return back in action on Tuesday after also missing out in the Blues 1-1 draw at the weekend.
