Real Madrid wins Laliga for the 34th time with a game left to play.
After today's game against Villarreal, Real Madrid were declared Laliga champions for the 34th time with a game left to play as they beat Villarreal by 3 goals to 1 courtesy of two goals from Karim Benzema and one from substitute Marcos Asensio. Barcelona made things easier as they lost at home 2-1 to Osasuna
After a slow start from the beginning of the season, Real Madrid are slowly getting to their best form as they stamp their authority on the Spanish Laliga yet again. Real Madrid are the highest winners of the league so far with Barcelona the second after 24 title wins.
Benzema has been the top goal scorer for the club with 21 league goals and assists just one goal behind Lionel Messi.
Real Madrid will now turn their focus on the Champions league as they look to overturn a 2-1 deposit against Manchester City. Hopefully with this new found form, they'll go ahead to win the Champions league also.
A very hearty congratulations to all Real Madrid fans. #HalaMadrid.
