Miralem Pjanic finally arrived at Barcelona on Thursday for the first time after he was signed in June from Juventus in a deal worth €60m.

The Bosnian International had contracted Covid-19 earlier in August as his to move to Barcelona had to be delayed in order to prevent the 30 year-old from infecting others with the virus.

The midfielder joined the rest of the Barcelona team in his first training session on Saturday at the Cituat Esportiva, the Barcelona training centre.

The team got down in training for their pre season fixture against Gimnastic today. Barcelona have trained intensively in the past week under Ronald Koeman and we got see the progress in the team. Koeman has also released to the public his starting XI for next season as it have all the best players in the team at the moment listed in it.


Barcelona will be looking forward to securing an easy win in their pre season friendly game today.

Todibo also returned to training with the team today after he contracted Covid-19 earlier.
