Chelsea FC started the game really well against the Spanish giant as they marked their place in the quarter finals tonight, they won by 2-0 (3-0 on aggregate).
It was Hakim Ziyech who scored the goal in the first half, from a good counter-attack involving Havertz and Werner. Emerson added the second with a late strike after he was brought on.
While for Bayern Munich, they also started the game strongly against Lazio in Germany. They scored in both halves, through Lewandoski (Penalty), second half substitute in Choupo-Moting to win 2-1 (6-2 on aggregate).
Both Chelsea, Bayern Munich as well as other teams will now have to wait for Uefa Champions League draws for quarter coming up on friday.
However, Chelsea will now turn their attention to next game against Sheffield United for the FA Cup quarter final at the weekend.
Bayern Munich on the other hand will be playing against VFB stuttgart In the Bundesliga.
