Lampard dismisses Klopp's assessment of Chelsea
Liverpool's title defence has already been besieged by a hefty injury list, though Klopp's second-placed Reds are level on points with leaders Tottenham.
Chelsea sit third and are now unbeaten in nine league games, with Klopp having hailed the Blues' "unbelievable" squad strength when marking out Lampard's men for glory.

Frank Lampard makes Kai Havertz prediction after Chelsea setback
Frank Lampard is backing Chelsea midfielder Kai Havertz to come good after being struck down by coronavirus.
The German international enjoyed an excellent start to the season for the Blues after joining from Bayer Leverkusen over the summer in a £71m deal.
However, he tested positive for Covid-19 at the start of November which meant he had to face a spell on the sidelines.
He returned for the 2-1 Champions League win over Rennes and has gone on to play three more times since that fixture.
Lampard, speaking ahead of Tuesday night's European game with Krasnodar at Stamford Bridge, has backed Havertz to shine for the side in the next few months.
