Norwich City will be traveling to Stamford Bridge to lock horns with European Champions, Chelsea in a Premier League game. The EPL matches for match day nine continue this weekend as six games are scheduled to hold on Saturday while the remaining fixtures will be played on Sunday.
The blues are on top of the Premier league table after an impressive EPL start, aiming to win the title after winning the UFEA Champions League and Super Cup last season. Chelsea's match against Norwich will be an easy fixture for the blues as Norwich is struggling in the relegation zone. Thomas Tuchel should not include some of Chelsea's key players to allow them to rest and prepare for a tougher fixture. This article states the three key players the head coach should not include.
1. Antonio Rudiger:
Chelsea's defender, Antonio Rudiger should not include in Chelsea's squad to face Norwich. This will enable the German player to rest and also allow youngster players like Chalobah and Malang Sarr to get more playing time in the EPL.
Rudiger might leave the club next season, allowing Sarr and Chalobah to participate in Chelsea's games will build their confidence as the blues will confidently win Norwich City even without Rudiger.
2. Ngolo Kante:
Another key player Thomas Tuchel should not include in tomorrow's fixture is Ngolo Kante. Chelsea's defensive midfielder should be rested as he might not be needed to easily defeat Norwich at the Bridge tomorrow. Ruben Loftus Cheek should replace the Frenchman as his current performance is top-notch.
3. Edouard Mendy:
Chelsea's goalkeeper, Edouard Mendy should be benched in tomorrow's fixture to allow Kepa Arrizabalaga to have playing time. Mendy is exceptional but needs to also build Kepa's confidence in case of injuries.
