Chelsea Plots To Sign 3 World Class Defenders From The Bundesliga

According to Bild, Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing three of finest players currently plying their trade in the Bundesligas. The club is interested in signing Bayern Munich star David Alaba who will become a free agent this summer.

The 28-year-old Austrian international is wanted by some of the biggest club'ss in Europe and Chelsea are hoping to be the club that gets to sign him this summer. Chelsea are also interested in signing Bayern Munich defender Niklas Sule this summer.

Sule currently has two years left on his contract and if he refuses to sign an extension, Bayern Munich will have no other option than to sanction his sale so as to avoid losing him for free like David Alaba. The 25-year-old is a top defender and Chelsea are optimistic of luring him to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Chelsea could also sign Borrusia Dortmund star Dayot Upamecano this summer. The 21-year-old will be available in the summer for just $42m and Chelsea will be hoping to beat other European giants to his signature. The likes of Liverpool, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, PSG and Juventus have all enquired about super talented defender.
