Manchester United are still interested in adding a right back to their squad. Despite enjoying a successful summer transfer window, Manchester United failed to sign a midfielder and a right-back which Solskjaer complained of.
According to the latest reports, Manchester United are keen on bringing RB Leipzig full-back Nordi Mukiele to Old Trafford during the upcoming winter transfer window. The entire Manchester United board has seen the need for signing a backup right-back for Aaron Wan Bissaka.
Diogo Dalot is good, but considering Solskjaer's lineup, the fullback can't fill the defensive role, but he's very good in the attack. Manchester United were also thinking of signing a homegrown right back, but believe against signing an English player because of the inflated price and have set their sight on Nordi Mukiele.
The versatile full-back is thought to be the ideal player for Solskjaer as he can play at the right-back, left-back, and even central. The France international has shown great consistency having played a total of 114 games for RB Leipzig in two seasons.
