Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be three years in charge as the head coach of the club this December, and he is yet to lead them to their first title triumph under his reigns.

Although, the reputation of the Carabao cup competition can't be compared with other competitions in England, as the competition is used most times to give fringe players some required game time, but it is still a means of getting silverware.
Manchester United now out of the Carabao cup this season, means they are left in three competitions to challenge for titles, which includes, The Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup.
This other three competitions, the Premier League, Champions League and the FA Cup is a more competitive trophy than the Carabao cup, which could require Manchester United to beat some of the best clubs in Europe to win them, such as Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool etc.
The exit of Manchester United from the Carabao cup this season, has raised doubt if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could ever lead Manchester United to trophies.
Solskjaer was appointed Manchester United interim manager midway through the 2018/19 season, the Norwegian reached the Champions League and FA cup quarter finals in that season, was knocked out of the Carabao cup in the third round and finished the Premier League on six position.
The 48 years old was appointed as the United's permanent head coach in March 2019. In the 2019/20 season, after a heavy summer transfer spending on players like Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan Bissaka, and Daniel James, they also brought in Bruno Fernandes in the 2020 winter transfer window. United end up with three semi finals in the, Europa League, Carabao cup and FA Cup.
They also finished third position on the league table.
Meanwhile, last season Ole Gunnar Solskjaer got close to winning his first silverware for Manchester United, as he led them to the Europa League finals, only to be defeated by Spanish club, Villarreal after penalty kicks.
In the current football campaign, after United's early eliminatiom from the Carabao cup, the fans are beginning to run out of patience with Solskjaer, and might be calling for him to be replaced with a manager that can win them trophies.
Do you think Solskjaer should be sacked or he should continue to build the Manchester United team?
