According to a report from ESPN, Liverpool and Chelsea are still ‘pushing’ to try and sign Bayern Munich defender, David Alaba.

Chelsea Football Club is an English professional football club based in Fulham, London. Founded in 1905, the club competes in the Premier League, the top division of English football.

David Olatukunbo Alaba is an Austrian professional footballer who plays for German club Bayern Munich and the Austria national team.

The 28 years Austrian defender has currently been on a solid form so far this season for the German outfit.

According to ESPN,ESPN claims that Alaba does have an agreement in place with Real Madrid. However, Liverpool are remaining in the hunt for the Austrian, regardless of how close Madrid feel they are to landing the defender.
