Emma Hayes women would come out victorious from that game as goals from Guro Reithen, Sam Kerr and Beth England sealed a 3-1 win over the Seagulls.

Aston Villa vs Arsenal

Arsenal continued their blistering start to the season when they faced Aston Villa on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners hit four goals past their opponents in the game to extend their winning run to 4 straight wins in the league this season.

Birmingham vs Manchester united

Manchester united bounced back from their 6-1 loss to Chelsea last time out when they faced Birmingham on Sunday evening.

Marc Skrnner's women team were on hand to secure an important win courtesy of goals from Leah Galton and Ella Toone in either halves of the game.
