The Red Devils enjoyed a very comfortable win against Leeds United in their first game of the new season. A match which saw Bruno Fernandes score his first Manchester United hat trick since his arrival. Mason Greenwood and Fred were also on the score sheet, while Paul Pogba provided four assists for the first time in his Manchester United career.

New signing Jodan Sancho was able to get his debut during the second half of the game, while Raphael Varane was unveiled as a Manchester United player before the match.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will likely name a very strong squad that will be capable of thrashing Southampton. Manchester United is desperate to mount a serious title challenge this season, so Manchester United will surely get all three points in the game.

Here is how Manchester United could lineup.

Manchester United is still without Marcus Rashford and Edison Cavani, so Greenwood, Sancho, and Pogba will likely lead the lineup.

Fred, Scott Mctominay, and Bruno Fernandes will likely handle the midfield role. While Varane and Maguire will form a solid partnership at the defense.
