World Cup Qualifier: All to play for in a big day for Super Eagles

Super Eagles head to Stade de la Réunification (Douala) to face Central African Republic on Sunday.

Confidence around Gernot Rohr's side is low at the moment after the 1-0 defeat to CAR at the Teslim Balogun Stadium on Thursday, Nigeria head into the final three group games with everything still to play for.

Currently, on six points and sitting first, victory over CAR will see Nigeria top the group ahead of the November roster against Liberia and Cape Verde

The main objective for Rohr is securing top spot in order to qualify for the Qualification playoffs. The top 10 nations from the groups will be in playoffs.

Currently, Nigeria sit comfortably in the top but they can still find themselves in the bottom two if results go against Super Eagles in the last three games.

It's a tight group with CAR and Cape Verde with four points each. Liberia with three points.

Sunday could be crucial for Nigeria in their bid to avoid missing a place at the playoffs.
