English Premier League Player of the Month Award Winner
Manchester City superstar, Erling Haaland has won the Player of the Month award for the second time this season after a record-breaking month of April.
Erling Haaland scored six goals and provided two assists as the Cityzens cruised past the likes of Southampton, Arsenal, and Leicester City. Impressively, his goals and assists came in just four English Premier League games.
He topped an eight-man shortlist also including Kevin De Bruyne, Eberechi Eze, Alexander Isak, Diogo Jota, Dominic Solanke, Ollie Watkins, and Callum Wilson.
He won after the public's votes on the EA SPORTS website were combined with those of a panel of football experts.
English Premier League Manager of the Month Award Winners for April
The impressive work of Unai Emery at Aston Villa has been officially recognized with a Manager of the Month award. The former Villarreal manager led his team to five wins, one draw, and one loss in April. His team is currently poised to qualify for European competition next season. The award is his first in the English Premier League since joining the club.
The 51-year-old beat fellow nominees Pep Guardiola, Roy Hodgson, Eddie Howe, and Gary O'Neil after votes from the public were combined with those of a panel of football experts.
English Premier League Save of the Month Award Winner
Arsenal goalkeeper, Aaron Ramsdale has won the Save of the Month award for the second month in a row.
Aaron Ramsdale's brilliant late stop to deny Mohamed Salah in Arsenal's 2-2 draw at Liverpool won him the award. The Englishman dived to his right to produce a superb fingertip save and stop Mohamed Salah from scoring a stoppage-time winner for Liverpool in the 2-2 draw at Anfield Stadium.
